We're entering an exciting new chapter as we invest in our roasting program, strengthen our wholesale partnerships, and build a team committed to quality, education, and community.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced, passionate Head Roaster to help lead the next chapter of Teleo Roasting Company.

This person will oversee day-to-day roasting operations, maintain exceptional coffee quality, and help develop a thoughtful, approachable specialty coffee program. We're looking for someone who loves the craft of roasting but is equally excited about sharing that passion with others.

You'll work closely with Teleo's leadership to strengthen our roasting operations, develop our coffee offerings, educate our team and customers, and support the continued growth of our wholesale relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily roasting operations, production planning, and quality control.

• Maintain consistency and quality across our coffee offerings.

• Develop and refine roast profiles, seasonal offerings, and our coffee lineup.

• Manage green coffee inventory, ordering, and production needs.

• Lead cuppings, tastings, and coffee education for staff and customers.

• Build relationships within the specialty coffee community and with coffee producers and suppliers.

• Partner with our team to support wholesale relationships through tastings, education, and customer engagement.

• Help develop systems and processes that support a growing roasting operation.

• Support and mentor additional production team members as the roastery grows.

Experience with roast profiling software, green coffee sourcing, wholesale support, and team leadership is a plus.

You don't have to know everything. We're looking for someone with strong roasting experience, a desire to keep learning, and the heart to help build something meaningful.
