Casa Libre is seeking an experienced Head Roaster to lead our roasting program and help shape the future of our specialty coffee brand. We're looking for someone with proven experience in production roasting, roast profile development, and quality control who is passionate about consistency, craftsmanship, and specialty coffee. Qualifications Experience in production roasting within a specialty coffee environment Strong knowledge of roast profile development, sensory evaluation, and quality control Experience with production planning, inventory management, and roasting operations Knowledge of Mexican coffee origins and specialty coffee standards Bilingual in English and Spanish  Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills If you're passionate about producing exceptional coffee and want to grow with an expanding specialty coffee brand, we'd love to hear from you.
