Job Description
Casa Libre is looking for an experienced Shift Lead Barista to help lead our specialty coffee café and set the standard for exceptional coffee and hospitality.
We're seeking someone with 2+ years of specialty coffee experience, including leadership experience in a high-volume café. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing others.
Qualifications

2+ years of specialty coffee experience, including leadership in a high-volume café

Advanced espresso preparation and specialty coffee knowledge

Experience leading shifts, coaching baristas, and maintaining quality standards

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
