We're seeking someone with 2+ years of specialty coffee experience , including leadership experience in a high-volume café. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing others. We're looking for someone with proven experience in production roasting, roast profile development, and quality control who is passionate about consistency, craftsmanship, and specialty coffee.
