Job Description
Casa Libre is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our flagship specialty coffee café and help build the future of our growing brand.
This is a leadership role for someone with 5+ years of experience managing high-volume specialty coffee cafés. We're looking for a proven leader with strong operational experience, advanced coffee knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
Qualifications

5+ years managing high-volume specialty coffee cafés

Advanced barista and specialty coffee experience

Experience leading, hiring, and developing teams

Strong knowledge of café operations, labor, inventory, and financial performance

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
