Launch Manager — Snow Leopard Coffee

Snow Leopard Coffee is a community-focused café built to bring people together across all ages. We’re creating a welcoming space centered around coffee, soft serve, and thoughtfully crafted drinks, with a commitment to reinvesting in and supporting the local community.

We will be opening in Newton, MA. 

We’re looking for a Launch Manager to lead the opening of our first location and help establish the foundation for how Snow Leopard operates day to day.

Role Overview
The Launch Manager will own the setup, organization, and early execution of the café. This includes everything from build-out coordination and vendor management to hiring, training, and establishing systems that will carry into ongoing operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate at both a high level and in the details—someone who is comfortable building something from scratch and setting a strong tone from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of café launch and opening timeline
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers
  • Set up operational systems (POS, inventory, workflows)
  • Hire, onboard, and train initial team
  • Establish service standards and team culture
  • Oversee initial inventory, ordering, and product setup
  • Be present on the floor during opening period to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and solve problems quickly as they arise
