Role and Responsibilities Relationship management & customer communication – Build strong customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person contact, delivering friendly, attentive service. Visit customers and represent the company at trade shows. Commercial effort – Grow existing accounts and win new customers within the emerging specialty coffee-roasting scene. Track statistics and work toward sales targets. Order management – Process contracts in our ERP system and ensure smooth follow-up. Coffee judgment – Learn to cup and build green coffee knowledge across the value chain to provide valuable, informed customer recommendations.
