We are seeking a partner to start up an innovative coffee processing and roasting company. Ideal candidates will have experience as a commercial roastmaster, and be driven as an owner to establish and grow a brand that roasts and delivers the world’s best experimental coffees to aficionados around the globe. It is not a requirement for the partner to bring cash or financing for equity, as the ownership framework includes mechanisms for equity to be gained through individual contributions (time, accomplishments, etc). It is a requirement for the partner to bring energy, persistence and relentless innovation. Experience with anaerobic processing is a plus. We envision starting up a facility near Santa Cruz, California but may be flexible on location.
