Speedwell Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster located in Plymouth, MA, and we are looking for an individual with a passion and interest in coffee, and an enthusiasm for learning. Prior experience in roasting is not required, however we prefer a candidate with work experience in the specialty coffee industry. We’re creating a welcoming space centered around coffee, soft serve, and thoughtfully crafted drinks, with a commitment to reinvesting in and supporting the local community. We will be opening in Newton, MA.  We’re looking for a Launch Manager to lead the opening of our first location and help establish the foundation for how Snow Leopard operates day to day.
