Job Description

Speedwell Coffee (Plymouth, MA) is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Outbound Sales Representative to grow our wholesale coffee program across the Greater Boston area.

This role focuses on developing new partnerships with cafés, restaurants, bakeries and hospitality businesses. The ideal candidate is passionate about specialty coffee and enjoys building long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new wholesale coffee accounts
  • Conduct coffee tastings and product demonstrations
  • Present Speedwell’s wholesale coffee program
  • Close new partnerships and onboard new customers
  • Provide training and support to new wholesale accounts
  • Represent Speedwell at industry and community events

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Foodservice, beverage, or coffee industry experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Passion for specialty coffee

Compensation

  • Base salary: $60,000–$65,000
  • Commission and performance bonuses
  • On-target earnings: $90,000–$110,000
