The Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to grow our wholesale and corporate sales footprint across New York. As the Sales & Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and helping to build a commercial pipeline that fuels both revenue and impact.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence across hospitality, office catering, foodservice, grocery, and mission-aligned partners—while championing our purpose-driven story in every conversation. This role reports to senior leadership and is integral to our national growth.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Identify, develop, and close new B2B sales opportunities across New York.
· Conduct prospecting, outreach, proposals, presentations, and tender responses.
· Represent Change Please at local industry events, trade shows, and partner activations.
· Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Account Management
· Build strong relationships with existing wholesale, retail, and corporate clients.
· Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing service delivery for key accounts.
· Regularly review account performance and identify growth opportunities.
· Coordinate with operations to ensure high-quality fulfillment and customer experience.
Relationship Building & Brand Advocacy
· Act as a frontline ambassador for our mission and values.
· Help clients integrate social impact into their procurement and supply chains.
· Collaborate with the marketing team on tailored proposals, campaigns, and case studies.
Sales Operations
· Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and reporting.
· Support the development of scalable sales tools and processes.
Key Skills and Attributes
· 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management - ideally in coffee, food & beverage, hospitality, or social enterprise.
· Excellent relationship-building skills and a natural connector.
· A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-led environment.
· Strong communicator with solid presentation and negotiation skills.
· Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working toward clear targets.
· Passion for social impact, community development, or social justice.
Qualifications
· Proven ability to secure and grow customer accounts.
· Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
· Based in or near the New York metropolitan area.
