How you’ll have an impact at La Marzocco: 

This position plays a key role in ensuring that Salesforce effectively supports LM USA’s operations across Sales, Solutions, Marketing, La Marzocco Home, and other customer-facing departments. The IT Business Systems Specialist will support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of La Marzocco USA’s Salesforce platform in a fast-paced and high-growth sales environment. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role provides hands-on technical support, assists in system configuration, and helps optimize user experience and data integrity.

A typical day as an IT Business Systems Specialist might include a mix of the following:

·         Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business units such as Commercial Sales, Technical Solutions, La Marzocco Home, and Marketing.

·         Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to Salesforce support when needed. Support system upgrades, sandbox refreshes, and regression testing activities.

·         Conduct routine data quality audits and assist with data imports, exports, and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

·         Responds to service desk tickets, general questions, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with Salesforce best practices. Maintain and update user accounts, roles, permission sets, and security settings.

·         Serve as the primary contact and lead for external Salesforce consultant.

·         Builds and maintains documentation of key project artifacts, processes, and system functionality and tools. Develop clear SOPs and system documentation.

·         Works closely with the IT Manager and VP of Operations to complete IT projects and support users in successfully adopting new technologies. Serves as back-up for IT Support Associate for help desk and general IT user support.

The details: 

·         Location: Seattle, WA, Hybrid, in Ballard

·         Salary Range: $30.00-$35.00/hour depending on experience, with 5% bonus opportunity

·         Schedule: M-F 40 hours/week. Occasionally, there will be a need for additional hours based upon increased workload demands.

·         Reports to:  IT Manager

·         Physical requirements: Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time, walking at a quick pace, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 25 pounds

 What you’ll bring to the table:

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce. Basic understanding of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, validation rules, or process builder.

·         Experience in IT Systems Management, Procedures and Practices; Help Desk, Project Management; strong knowledge of project management principles and planning.

·         Networking Certifications or Azure Certifications and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript are a plus.

·         Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), hardware components, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques is necessary. Familiarity with software applications, productivity suites, and remote support tools is also beneficial.

·         Experience with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used at La Marzocco USA, including SAP Business One, Salesforce, and reporting tools. Expertise with Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Azure AD/VM, Intune.

·         Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies. Excellent communication skills to interact with users effectively and provide timely technical support. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
