THORSDAY is a new Swedish-inspired bakery and coffee bar opening in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
We’re building a neighborhood place centered around freshly baked breads and pastries, thoughtful coffee, and simple, well-made food. Our Swedish inspiration informs the experience, but we’re interested in creating something that feels distinctly at home in Brooklyn.
As a new independent business, we’re looking for a Head Baker who wants to do more than step into an established program. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the bakery from the beginning, establish how the kitchen operates, develop the menu, build a team, and help define what THORSDAY becomes.
