As a Coffee Service Technician, you will be responsible for helping clients learn about which commercial equipment is best for their setting, installing that equipment, and maintaining ongoing repair services for all Dialed Coffee customers. Customer service skills, a driven attitude, and strong time management skills are a must. A technical mindset and the ability to problem solve are key necessities to this role.
