We’re creating a welcoming space centered around coffee, soft serve, and thoughtfully crafted drinks, with a commitment to reinvesting in and supporting the local community. We will be opening in Newton, MA.  We’re looking for a Launch Manager to lead the opening of our first location and help establish the foundation for how Snow Leopard operates day to day. Role Overview The Launch Manager will own the setup, organization, and early execution of the café. This includes everything from build-out coordination and vendor management to hiring, training, and establishing systems that will carry into ongoing operations.
