Position Overview The Bacaro Café & Bar Supervisor is responsible for the daily leadership, operational oversight, and guest service excellence of the Bacaro Café and the entire Eastern Edge bar program. This role supervises, supports, and develops both Bacaro Café Attendants and Beverage Specialists, ensuring seamless execution across all dayparts, from morning café operations to late-night bar service. The Supervisor acts as the on-the-floor leader, maintaining product quality, team standards, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency while fostering a culture of sincere hospitality and teamwork.
