Job Summary : The Customer Service Coordinator serves as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts and timely delivery of services. This role is responsible for managing client communications, coordinating logistics, and facilitating quality control processes, all while providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and support the company’s operational goals.
