Position Summary: The Retail Training Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of successful training programs and tools that are aligned to the mission statement and core business strategies of Dancing Goats and Kaldi’s Coffee. The Retail Training Manager will contribute to the organization by constantly delivering superior service through outstanding products and a renowned guest experience.
