This team member will oversee the Saxbys Roastery facility in Philadelphia - serving the cafes and wholesale partners of Saxbys, a Certified B Corp and pioneer of The Saxbys Experiential Learning Platform.  The Roastery Operations Manager will have Lead Roaster duties; managing production & quality control of all coffee product.  They will be responsible for the smooth operation of the roastery facility, which includes a distribution center that maintains, tracks, and fulfills orders across all channels (cafes, e-commerce, wholesale).     What You Will Own Production of daily roasts ranging in size from small to large batches on corresponding production machinery (Loring 15K, Loring 70K) Manage the roastery staff; which currently includes one Production Coordinator Maintain the roastery facility; ensuring a safe, proper and extremely clean work environment, while complying with necessary food and safety guidelines at all times Own an...
