Melitta USA is responsible for the sales and marketing of Melitta coffee filters, coffee and pour-over coffee brewing systems in the US, and Melitta Canada for the same in Canada. 

Melitta North America’s manufacturing operations are geographically dispersed with our coffee roastery in Cherry Hill, New Jersey for more than 50 years. Melitta coffee filters are manufactured in Clearwater, Florida.  Melitta electrics and accessories are manufactured, marketed and distributed under a licensing agreement.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and customer training related to Melitta automatic espresso equipment. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in the field. This is a highly travel-intensive role requiring frequent local travel, overnight travel, and occasional support outside of the assigned service territory.
