The team at Covoya brings a vast amount of experience to the journey of coffee roasters, not only in terms of the number of years we've collectively devoted to coffee, but in the variety of experience we have in coffee. We've been baristas and roasters, café managers and green coffee buyers as well as sellers. Our stories include origin, where we own farms and production facilities.
