A 20+ year-old well-established wholesale coffee roasting company located in Chandler, Arizona, seeks a Coffee Roaster / Production Associate.
Duties include, but not limited to:
· Roasting coffee
· Roasting equipment & production room maintenance
· Packaging coffee and allied products
· Quality control
· Shipping & receiving product
· Occasional product deliveries in company van
· Inventory assistance
Requirements:
· Experience in coffee roasting, barista or culinary industry preferred
· High school diploma or equivalent, mathematical aptitude
· Computer literacy, MS Word & Excel
· Excellent organization skills
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
· Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
· Must have acceptable hygiene
· Proven track record of good work attendance and reliability
- A passion for coffee
- Experience with Artisan Coffee Roasting software a plus
Compensation / Benefits:
· $18 - $24 per hour (based on experience)

· 401K with company match
· 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
