Addison Coffee Roasters in Addison Texas is looking for a production roaster to join the roasting team.      The ideal candidate will have roasting experience and a passion for coffee.   This position collaborates with the Head Roaster to fulfill the weekly roasting requirements as well as implementing quality control measures to ensure coffee is roasted to the highest standard. The candidate will also work with sourcing and roasting team to sample new coffees and develop profiles as needed.  Some retail and production work may also be required.      Candidate will be required to lift up to 50 pounds alone and be able to move full 130 pounds bags with assistance.
