PURPOSE OF POSITION The Lead Coffee Roaster is an expert on all aspects of coffee roasting and production.  This is a key role that must understand the workings of the roasting machine, weighing batches and flavoring.  This person participates in seasonal marketing meetings to maintain and increase the value of the coffee service line to achieve overall business goals. ACCOUNTABILITY The Lead Coffee Roaster reports directly to the Warehouse Inventory and Fulfillment Manager and undergoes an annual performance appraisal. TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES The Lead Coffee Roaster is responsible for the training of the following (2).
