Description: We’re looking for a leader who is ready for a challenging fast-paced environment full of driven coffee professionals. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing team members, maintaining inventory par levels, and ensuring that dial-ins and drink recipe roll-outs are seamless. Our cafe has been a center of the community for over 10 years. Many people cite Black Oak as one of the best things about living in Ukiah. We aim to create an exceptional environment for our guests by supporting our team members.
