We are a specialty coffee roaster with a customer base of coffee houses and cafes throughout the U.S., looking for sales representatives.

 

Job Description:

This is an in-office telephone sales position with opportunity for limited travel, requiring the employee to place a high volume of outgoing calls to new leads daily to sell bulk specialty coffees.  The job includes identifying potential customers, creating sales opportunities, setting follow up appointments, executing sales plans and closing the sale

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling and aggressively pursuing prospects
  • Self-evaluating status of prospects
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales goals for the company
  • Growing the business in line with the company’s values and expectations
  • Developing an understanding of coffee fundamentals

Requirements and Skills

  • Quick thinking, energetic and confident
  • “Go Getter” attitude with a competitive spirit
  • Solid communication skills
  • MS Office and Excel knowledge
  • Candidate will be included in coffee tasting classes with our Coffee Master.
