Our local family-run Third Wave Craft Coffee company is seeking qualified Assistant Store Managers to co-manage one of our cafes in Water Mill, Westhampton Beach, Southampton, Aquebogue, or Montauk and grow with us AND a highly-qualified Store Manager to manage two stores.
Hampton Coffee Company managers are responsible for encouraging a hard-working and positive environment, overseeing day-to day-operations, scheduling, and providing leadership for all employees as well as growth and development for Shift Supervisors and Team Leaders working under them.
We are looking for special people that are passionate about hand-roasted local coffee sourced directly from small farms, pastries baked at 4am each morning in their cafe, and who have excellent customer service skills, natural leadership, a can-do attitude, and the drive each and every day to help Hampton Coffee Company continue its growth as the premiere regional coffee company.
-At least 2 years successful documented MANAGEMENT experience in a fast food, fast casual, or espresso bar/cafe environment.
-You should be an experienced leader who excels in customer service and loves their customers.

-Your store is like your own business and you are responsible for creating a highly productive team and environment.
-You can multi-task and adapt to the business needs.
-You have strong business acumen and can identify and address trends of store performance.
-You can be the heart of your team, coach and guide, but also accept and implement feedback from your managers.
-You provide consistent coaching, training, and effective communication at every level in your store.
