Role Description

This is a part to full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician based in Seattle, WA.

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.

Daily tasks include:

• Diagnosing technical issues
• Provide hands-on support to customers
• Conduct routine maintenance checks, and ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally
• Guide customers on equipment operation & preventive maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee equipment
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Knowledge of coffee equipment brands such as La Marzocco, Mahlkönig, and Mazzer
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different client locations within greater Seattle area (we supply the car and fuel)
