Job Summary:

As a Technical Brand Ambassador (TBA) at Sovda Coffee, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in North America, acting as a trusted advisor through the entire sales, installation, and after-sales service journey. With a strong emphasis on sales, you will drive business growth by effectively communicating the value of Sovda's products, managing client accounts, and actively pursuing new opportunities. Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring successful installations, providing comprehensive training, and offering exceptional ongoing support. This is a full-time, remote position reporting directly to the CEO, requiring significant travel within the North American region.

Compensation : $72-90k+ (commission based)

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the coffee equipment or related technical industry.

  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and client training.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within North America.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • A passion for the specialty coffee industry is highly desirable.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel legally within North America.
