We are looking for a coffee professional who could potentially see a career in coffee with us. We need an Assistant Manager who could move up to General manager and possibly have their own location. We have dreams of growing, having just started roasting. We currently have a staff of about 25, are close to LSU campus, and are one the busiest shops in the city.
This person would work closely with the Manager and help lead the staff. They would be in charge of scheduling, emails, inventory, overseeing staff duties, and leading our coffee program.
This would be a full-time position in Baton Rouge. We would also offer additional training as opportunities arise (i.e. SCA classes).
We exist to serve the world through a Baton Rouge. We do that by sourcing coffee as ethically as we can, selling fair trade gifts in The Hope Shop, and hiring local refugees.
