About the Role:

  • Responsible for the completion of all work in the assigned territory according to customer and company requirements.
  • Ensure strong customer loyalty through professional and reliable service.
  • Manage inspections, service and maintenance of equipment in order to maintain equipment operation and extend equipment life.
  • Responsible for scheduling and managing preventive maintenance tasks as established by the manufacturers. Solely responsible for schedule while practicing independent judgment with clients and manufacturers. 
  • Communicate clear and accurate information documenting the service provided and the results.
  • Partner with Service Managers to ensure that workloads are in line with deliverables communicated to clients.
  • Responsible for reporting time worked and provides daily work information to the corporate office in a manner and form as per current company practices and for billing purposes.
  • Communicate in a clear and timely manner with Dispatchers and Service Managers to assure the highest levels of customer service.
  • Responsible for all aspects of inventory management including onsite evaluations and preventive maintenance in surrounding areas around Tampa, FL and surrounding metro areas.
  • At times, may be required to handle emergency and service-related calls after hours.
  • Salary Range $20-26/hr based on experience, Monday thru Friday, some on-call work as needed (rotated among techs).

About You:

  • Quick learner
  • Self-Starter
  • Have basic plumbing skills
  • Basic computer skills familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel programs.
  • Have basic electrical skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of service experience in a similar or related field.
  • Ability to work on commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding and water systems.
  • Must like coffee! Tasting is the final process in all repairs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license (of the required class for the jurisdiction) with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs. without assistance.
  • Good penmanship.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
  • Wear only approved uniforms at ALL TIMES while on the job.  (this is a requirement – not an essential function of the position)
  • Adhere to all safety rules – be safe on and off the job site. Be cautious and careful when driving.
  • Immediately report any safety violations to a Service Manager.
  • Never do ANYTHING that puts your safety, or the safety of others, in jeopardy.
  • Any other duties we may assign to you from time to time.
