Position Overview: Ability to lead and enhance its current processes, in addition core responsibilities include scheduling, revenue, cost control, engage with customers and execute core competencies. #4 Cleanliness- Keeping a location clean must be a team effort. From daily dusting to cleaning under and around surfaces and weekly deep cleanings. We owe it to our customers and co-workers to maintain the cleanest possible work environment.
#5 Speed- We never compromise quality or speed, but speed is always essential to every transaction. Our goal is to serve each customer within 1 minute. Memorizing recipes and learning customers' drinks will improve our ticket/transaction times. Multi-tasking has always been essential but more than ever with our new automated machines.
