As the Head of Coffee, you will…

• Work with and hire a sales team to grow the business
• You will work through business challenges and opportunities and translate them into a holistic coffee strategy and brand architecture, connecting them to products and experiences
• Play a key role in building innovative ways to deliver the best coffee offerings and product strategies that will drive our business into the future.
• Be a champion for our coffee and business
• Maintain scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment and ensure that all equipment is in proper working order. Troubleshoot small repairs and work with the owners toward a resolution on larger repairs.
• Assist with strategic planning in conjunction with owners

• Provides functional expertise and executes functional responsibilities
• Acts as an ambassador for the organization and oversees strategic planning for coffee and portfolio management

Basic Qualifications

• SCA certification or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of specialty coffee experience
• 5+ years of coffee roasting experience
• At least 3 years of staff management experience
• ServSafe Manager certificate
• Leadership, superb communication skills flexibility, and a collaborative work style.
• Knowledge of health department requirements
• Is independent, proactive, organized, timely and tactical

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
