Topeca Coffee is looking to add a full-time coffee professional to our production team to assist in production roasting as well as commercial cold brewing and canning.
Roasting Technicians work as part of the Production Roasting Team, operating commercial coffee roasting equipment, to produce roasted coffees to fulfill daily orders and maintain weekly pars. Roasting Technicians are trained and expected to follow specified product recipes and roasting profiles, utilizing roast profiling and data logging software to achieve consistent results and meet quality standards.
As Cold Brew Technician, this individual will also operate Topeca's expanding cold brew production line, brewing and canning ready-to-drink coffee products.
