Position Summary:  Primary responsibility of the position is to ensure that the Roast Plant produces the highest quality of roasted coffee for Kauai Coffee’s distribution centers. Primary Functions:   Follow established guidelines, procedures, policies, practices and methods necessary to maximize coffee quality and food safety standards.  Operate production equipment including the roaster, grinder, flavor mixer and packaging machines to meet scheduling requirements by established work standards. Ensure all required documents and daily checklist related to equipment operation (required at the beginning, during and end of shift) are completed.
