The Coffee House Manager performs all sales and operational functions. They participate in hiring, execute in-store training, exemplify customer experience standards, ideate as well as implement new menu items, and provide ongoing development to store staff. Requirements are at least one year of Coffee House management, leadership experience, desire to drive company goals, ability to give feedback, and oversee operational tasks that include management of vendor relationships and lead company culture.
